“We were all so excited when Mr. Kibblewhite told us that the day of school had finished! YAY!  It was time for the netball match!  We all sprinted downstairs, grabbed our sandwiches and biscuits and left!

When we arrived we had no time to practice because we had been caught up in traffic.  Miss. Malloy told us our positions and we all did a silent yay and off we went!  We won the rock paper scissors and so we got to start with the ball!  The whistle blew and off we went!  I passed to Evie WA who swiftly passed to GA Helena.  Go FHG! we were all saying as Anaya pushed the ball up and it hit the rim and then bounced into the net!  This was amazing, we had worked together so well!!  Even though Garden House shot one excellent goal we actually managed to win!  We scored 2 more fantastic goals and it was all thanks to our amazing team!  Cosima was an excellent GK, Evie an amazing WA, Helena our marvellous GA, Anaya a splendid shooter and last but not least our GD Sammy who played amazingly!  Anaya scored 5 and Helena scored 1 but they were both terrific and we were all so proud of ourselves for working hard and passing so well! At the end, we all shook hands and announced our star players!  After that we went to the other court to be cheerleaders for the B team!  Yay we won 6-1,this was amazing!!!  And I am so proud of my amazing team!!!”
