This week in Nursery we rounded up our autumn topic discovering what wild animals do in autumn and how they prepare for winter. We focused on animals that stay and adapt to the colder season.

In the winter woods, under the stairs and the small world tray in the letter room, the children enjoyed playing with animals we see out and about during the winter months.

We enjoyed white coloured sensory play and created various works of art with white paint on black paper.

I am sure you have all heard snippets of the songs we have been practising for our Christmas show. There was great excitement as the children found out what group they will be in and started making their hats for our show.
