This week we focused on the fairy tale, ‘The Three Billy Goats Gruff’.

We had a creative week with the children retelling and re-enacting the fairy tale. They had a lot of fun creating their own versions with the sensory story tray and outside in the playground, where they became the Billy Goats Gruff and walked across the bridge to get to the ‘green, green grass’ before the trolls changed their minds about letting them pass.

The children constructed floating bridges in the water trough and built bridges with blocks and planks for the goats to cross.
