This week in Nursery we enjoyed meeting and making new friends. Inspired by the book Pete and Polo’s Nursery School Adventure by Adrian Reynolds, everyone made a teddy bear mask to take home.

We had a fun and creative week making yellow works of art and enjoyed sharing picnics with the teddy bears in the letter room.

This week we focused on the number 1 and the colour yellow. The children were introduced to our new topic ‘Autumn’ where we looked at the changing seasons and how the sun effects them.

Next week we will continue our autumn topic, focusing on weather, the sound c, number 2 and the colour blue.
