The 1st March (Mrs Nunes’ birthday) is Founder’s Day at Falkner House.  Every year sees a different celebration:  a street party in Brechin Place, India day (with requisite Indian dancing, food and clothing), Roaring Twenties, Shakespeare Day, and even a whole school trip to the London Eye.  Normal life stops for the day!

We make the most of any day of celebration: the Royal wedding saw us close the street for a street party, Diwali means Indian drummers greeting the girls as they come to school followed by Indian dancers in Assembly and Chinese New Year means the girls can come in dressed as the animal from their Chinese birth year.
